Rhonde Joyce II was apparently Gatco New Jersey at one point. I can find no builder's records for either name. Gatco New Jersey was involved in a collision in 1951 resulting in a court case in 1958. Gatco is Gulf Atlantic Transportation Company. Ronde Joyce II was owned by Decker Oil Transportation. Looks like it had a second-story wheelhouse.

Dutch Springs contains many interesting artificial reefs for divers to explore. In fact, even the hole itself is man-made - it is an old limestone quarry.

Although all of the land-side facilities have been demolished to make room for warehouses, the quarry itself is still open in a limited way - training dives only.
