DIVER INVESTIGATION FOUND A BARGE WITH SURROUNDING SCOUR OF ABOUT 8 FEET. HYDROGRAPHER RECOMMENDS CHARTING THE 26 FOOT SOUNDING AS 26 WK. (ENT 03/02, PSH)
