New Jersey Scuba Diving
This site is designed to work on all devices from smart phones to desktops. However, it does require a modern browser that fully supports html5, and tests and rejects those that do not. As most systems update themselves nowadays, this is not a big issue, unless you are still running Windows95. Which browser you use does not matter. The site renders and works the same in all of them, as long as they are up-to-date.
The site uses a single hard layout for all devices of all sizes. It is not 'responsive', the new fad in web design where a crummy site self-destructs as the display gets smaller. You get the same site no matter what device you use. Minor tweaks allow for easier finger-taps on devices that are probably touch screens, but there is no way to detect that for certain. At any rate, you won't miss anything on your phone.
Twenty years ago when I started this, I realized two things: small screens are never going to go away, and low-bandwidth connections are never going to go away. So far, I have been 100% right. Today's cellphones have displays roughly equal to 1995's desktops, and throttled data connections in many areas.
